OUR STORY
Why ima?
ima – 今 (いま) : is an adverb in Japanese that translates to ‘now’, or ‘currently’. It can also
be used as a noun to mean ‘the present time’, or ‘this time’.
IMA-SUSHI is a fast casual sushi restaurant that offers fresh sashimi at affordable prices.
We specialise in Australian style sushi rolls, creative dragon rolls and thick cut sashimi.
Please reach out to any of our friendly staff and let us know how we fare. It is
foundational that everyone who walks through our doors, exit with a smile on their
faces and a belly full of fresh fish.
